American Foster Futures seeks a Research and Policy Analyst to advance our national campaign for foster youth tuition waivers and related education policy. This role centers on policy and legislative development—tracking bills, analyzing state and federal frameworks, and supporting strategy for Texas-style waiver laws and improvements to existing programs.
You will draft and issue research reports and policy recommendations for staff, board, partners, and decision-makers. Strong candidates bring advanced Excel and quantitative skills (data analysis, modeling, charts, and clear presentation of findings) to turn complex education, child-welfare, and fiscal data into actionable insights.
To apply, email a resume and short cover note to info@americanfosterfutures.org with the subject line “Research and Policy Analyst.”
